When will my order ship?
Our standard processing time for domestic orders is 2-3 business days and sometimes on the same day. International orders may take longer to process.
Where do you ship to?
We ship all over the world. Available countries will be presented to you during the checkout process. Please note that customs, duties, brokerage, and other fees may be applied to international orders. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above $100, as well as all international orders above $300.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Not the right fit? Rest easy, we offer full refunds and exchanges. All domestic orders within the USA are shipped with a prepaid return label for your convenience. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the clothing is kept in its original condition. See below for information regarding international returns and exchanges.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the subject line and reason(s) for the return or exchange. Once the return or exchange has been cleared, you will be able to use the prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back to us ( for USA orders only). Returns typically take 3-5 business days to process and to have the funds transferred back into your account — excluding the day it was received.
Do you offer International returns & exchanges?
We do, but unfortunately we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for covering the costs of shipping the clothing back to us in its original condition. To kick off the returns and exchanges process for an international order, please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line and the reason(s) for the return or exchange. Once your request is cleared and processed by our team, you will be refunded the full amount, minus the original shipping cost.
